What Happens After a Notice Is Received
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and make a good faith effort to notify the party responsible for posting it, where applicable. If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed material after the timeframe required by the DMCA, unless the original complaining party informs us that they have filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, and at our discretion, we may disable or terminate access to our services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
